Our Quality Management Systems designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, PS 9000:2001 & ISO 15378:2007 provides the framework through which the process of review and constant improvement is implemented.
In effect the objectives of our Quality System are:
To manufacture and supply product that is consistent with the Customers specific requirements, including statutory and regulatory.
Maintain security and control of both reprographics and manufactured work throughout our Quality systems.
Ensure our premises are adapted, maintained and operated so as to avoid contamination, minimize environmental deterioration and permit effective cleaning.
Effectively train all our personnel in the Company’s requirements to adopt hygienic practices and pay due regard to personal hygiene.
Using corrective and preventive actions and reviewing their effectiveness to continually improve quality standards and thereby increase profitability.
We strive to avoid errors in all our company processes and our aim is to achieve zero defects
